Separate low entry cost from lifecycle exposure

Inspection may be limited when members, connections, or the back side of the wall are buried. Request a repair option that states what can be opened and a replacement option that states what will be removed. Choose an alternative only after resolving the site problem
A segmental block, concrete, stone, or boulder wall may change future repair access, appearance, delivery, or maintenance, but it will not correct an unresolved outlet, surcharge, slope, or soil condition by itself. A new facing cannot make an unresolved water, soil, surcharge, or slope issue disappear.
